Dan O’Neal

Dan O’Neal leads large-scale, civil construction project execution and is a trusted advisor for earthwork and site utility scopes during preconstruction and construction phases. Throughout his 25 years of experience between Castle and McCarthy Building Companies, Dan has been a project engineer, superintendent and project manager, performing essential roles in billion-dollar projects.

Dan's experience with complex projects for private and public sector clients feeds his valuable industry insight for a wide range of markets and facility-types, including utility scale and community solar farms, research laboratories, public transportation, pharmaceutical facilities, museums, hospitals, and aquariums.

He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
