David Denny leads daily management, real-time field crew dispatch and over sees Castle's warehouse. He also uses his 30 years of industry experience to train and develop our skilled superintendents, foremen, field employees and internal apprentices. Beyond his primary responsibilities, David has created a foreman development program, standardizing Castle’s field management and training for future project leaders.
A partner with the AGC Laborers Training Center and Local 513 Operating Engineers Training Center, he is also dominant motivator for optimizing our apprenticeship training program. His notable experience in safety risk management cements David as an anchoring force for our field and craft partners’ industry-leading performance.
