Castle completed an $845,000 sitework contract for JETT Metals, supporting the construction of a new, 56,000 sf office and warehouse in Pevely, Missouri. JETT Metals, a provider of CNC machining and precision cutting services, required a larger facility to accommodate its specialized equipment and continuous growth. This new building significantly expands the company’s capacity compared to its previous, 10,000 sf facility in Herculaneum, Missouri.

The civil scope included site demolition, stormwater pollution prevention planning (SWPPP), earth moving, and wet utilities. The team moved 32,000 cy of dirt and, in one week, hauled off 13,000 tons of rock for building pad remediation—nearly three times faster than typical industry rates. Additionally, Castle installed 3,000 ft of pipe for stormwater and sanitary systems and extended the water main.
