This $567,000 design-build project supports the development of a 170-suite hotel. Castle’s scope included site demolition, earthwork, and the installation of storm and sanitary sewers, as well as domestic and fire water service. To achieve subgrade elevations, 7,200 cubic yards of soil were imported and placed. Additionally, Castle installed 458 linear feet of storm sewer and 78 linear feet of domestic water service.
