This new, two-story OrthoNebraska Clinic answers the West Omaha community's call for more nonsurgical orthopedic care. At the West Maple Clinic, patients can receive diagnostic services, walk-in care, physical therapy and athletic performance training, all under one roof—a first-of-its-kind facility in the west metropolitan area.  

Before construction work commenced, the clinic's location, at the corner of N 180th Street and W Maple Road, was completely undeveloped. Transforming the lot into a buildable site, required:

• 31,000 cubic yards of site grading
• 21,000 cubic yards of earth removal
• 4,600 cubic yards of backfill
• 1,000 linear feet of private storm sewer pipe installation
• Water main installation

OrthoNebraska's 96,000-square-foot construction site encompasses the clinic’s 18,500-square-foot footprint, the surrounding parking lot, sidewalks and greenscape. The civil construction project team maintained constant communication and collaboration with its building partners, supporting efficient and adaptive operations for a successful project outcome.
