Castle completed the design-build civil scope supporting the replacement of the former Queeny Tower. The new 16-story structure prioritizes private inpatient rooms, efficiency, and comfort, with a southern entry plaza and enhanced public areas, parking, and arrivals/departures zones. The excavation and site utilities scope included structural demolition, site clearing, earth moving, asphalt paving, concrete paving, site cast-in-place concrete, and installing storm sewer and subdrainage systems.

Two active medical buildings and two major roads tightly bound the project site, requiring extensive traffic control for mass excavation and hauling. within the high-traffic area, while protecting the pedestrians, motorists and construction workers.
